El Medio Otoño siempre es una ocasión especial, ya que la luna llena brilla con fuerza en el cielo, trayendo alegría, felicidad y reencuentro. Con ese espíritu, AXA Engineers organizó un viaje benéfico al Orfanato Quan Am, que alberga a más de 70 huérfanos y niños en situaciones difíciles. El objetivo de este programa era brindarles a los niños un Festival del Medio Otoño significativo y cálido. No fue solo una oportunidad para ofrecer regalos, sino también para compartir amor, con la esperanza de que los niños se sintieran cuidados y llenos de felicidad durante la celebración.
Preparativos para el evento benéfico
From the early days of the Mid-Autumn month, AXA Engineers began carefully preparing for the trip. The planning was detailed and thoughtful, from selecting the location, assigning tasks to team members, to preparing small gifts for the children. Lanterns, mooncakes, and meaningful presents were carefully packed with the hope of bringing complete joy to the children. Besides material gifts, AXA Engineers members also prepared performances and traditional games like lantern parades and lion dances to create a vibrant and joyful festival atmosphere.

Every member took part in the preparation process with a sense of responsibility and heartfelt compassion. This was not just a charity event but also an opportunity for the AXA Engineers team to show solidarity and contribute to the community. Although the preparations were somewhat tiring, they were filled with excitement and joy, as everyone wished to bring the children a truly memorable Mid-Autumn Festival.

When the Mid-Autumn Festival arrived, AXA Engineers team came to Quan Am Orphanage with excitement, ready to give the children spiritual gifts. We organized many meaningful and fun activities, like lantern parades, lion dances, and games such as coloring and animal sound guessing. The glowing lanterns, colorful gifts, and the children’s innocent smiles created a joyful and happy atmosphere.
The children at the orphanage not only received gifts but also immersed themselves in the meaningful moments of the festival. Joining AXA-Engineers-ers in the lantern parade and watching the lion dance made the trip truly unforgettable. For the AXA Engineers team, the children’s innocence and purity were the priceless gifts we received after the long days of preparation and effort.

AXA Engineers team also spent time performing and singing with the children. Familiar Vietnamese songs like “Cả nhà thương nhau” and “Chiếc đèn ông sao” were sung in unison, making the atmosphere lively and full of love.

This charity trip not only brought joy to the children but also created a meaningful experience for every member of AXA Engineers. The moments we shared with the children clearly demonstrated the value of love and compassion. Seeing their happy smiles, hearing their heartfelt thanks, and witnessing their eyes sparkle with joy brought us a deep sense of happiness and fulfillment.

Este viaje nos recordó el valor de compartir y difundir el amor: acciones sencillas que transmiten gran cariño. Estas actividades benéficas alegran no solo a quienes las reciben, sino también a quienes las donan, fomentando el sentido de solidaridad y compasión en la comunidad.
We are grateful to Quan Am Orphanage for giving us the opportunity to spread love.
