The recent team retreat at Tan Lap Floating Village in Long An was more than just a casual outing for the AXA Engineers team, it was a special occasion to celebrate our recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2025 (Small Category), as awarded by Great Place to Work®. This marked an important milestone in AXA Engineers’s journey of growth, reflecting the consistent efforts of our entire team in building a trustworthy, sustainable, and inspiring workplace environment.
En medio de la naturaleza pacífica del bosque de cajeput de Tan Lap, el viaje brindó a los miembros del equipo la oportunidad de compartir momentos alegres, reflexionar sobre el progreso logrado y recargar energías para los desafíos y objetivos futuros.

Lejos de reuniones y dibujos técnicos, este viaje fue una oportunidad para que todos disfrutaran de la naturaleza juntos, compartieran comidas, conversaran amenamente y participaran en juegos de equipo. Estos son los momentos en los que dejamos de lado nuestras tareas diarias para escucharnos de verdad y comprendernos mejor.

Mirando hacia el próximo capítulo
The KELTIC–AXA Engineers Trip 2025 has come to an end, but the values and memories it brought will stay with us for a long time. More than just a company trip, it was a reminder of the core values we strive to nurture every day: trust, collaboration, and the will to grow together.
