AXA Engineers’d like to share with you that this year is considered a successful one for AXA Engineers because we have had a load of interesting activities, historic milestones, and events. These make an important contribution to making the AXA Engineers picture more colorful.
Los períodos de incorporaciones de personal a lo largo del año pasado han demostrado en parte que nuestros esfuerzos nos han guiado gradualmente a estar en el camino correcto para llevar a cabo nuestra misión y, especialmente, nuestra visión, que es convertirnos en el principal proveedor mundial de servicios de diseño de ingeniería civil, brindando un valor excepcional tanto a los clientes como a los ingenieros vietnamitas para 2023.
Besides being full of happiness and wonderful memories from the aforementioned events and activities, we were doubly happy to welcome new members of the AXA Engineers family at the close of this year.
Es importante que, en el camino para demostrar las habilidades y el conocimiento de los ingenieros vietnamitas, no solo estemos siempre llenos de energía y entusiasmo juvenil, sino que también siempre estemos al lado de nuestros compañeros de equipo y nos apoyemos de todo corazón para expandir nuestros horizontes y convertirnos en una mejor versión de nosotros mismos todos los días.
Un nuevo capítulo
If you don’t know, every time a member officially joins AXA Engineers, we will have a congratulatory meeting called a welcome meeting. This celebration can be considered a memorable milestone for our members.
Not only is this an occasion for AXA Engineers and our members to congratulate new members, but we also hope that this will mark a turning point for a new chapter in our members’ career paths, with the hope that we will work together to move forward to achieve our goals and plans.

It can be said that this welcome meeting is more special than the previous ones because AXA Engineers brought the welcome meeting to Nha Trang. The recent team-building trip was an opportunity for us to gather together, so it was even more meaningful when AXA Engineers could organize this meeting with all members to welcome our new members here.

James Tran
James es el próximo miembro de la Oficina 2. Se puede decir que este año es notable para todos los miembros de la oficina porque constantemente dan la bienvenida a nuevos miembros talentosos para que se unan a Office 2. James siempre hace todo lo posible para absorber la mayor cantidad posible de conocimientos nuevos y practicar su uso con mayor fluidez. Aunque no es hablador, hace todo lo posible por conocer a otros miembros y familiarizarse más con el nuevo entorno.
Cris Ha
Cris is the next boy in the AXA Engineers family, and he also currently works at Office 2. It is true that he is a good-natured person and a sports lover. Interestingly, he is extremely eager to attend AXA Engineers’s sports clubs, especially football activities. Besides that, he also puts in a lot of effort and is willing to support the other team members in implementing tasks.
Lellta Nguyen
There is no greater happiness than having a great chance to meet and be side by side with teammates to make efforts toward our goals and achieve more success. Lellta is the next member of the AXA Engineers family who has been with AXA Engineers to try our best for our mission and vision. He is also working at Office 2 as a civil engineer. Like other members, he’s extremely diligent about expanding his horizons.
Delta Le
Delta es el miembro más reciente de Office 2. Al principio de asistir a la familia común, AXA Engineers, hace todo lo posible para familiarizarse con un nuevo entorno lo más rápido posible. Además de eso, apreciamos mucho su capacidad para absorber nuevos conocimientos y su diligencia para mejorar sus habilidades todos los días.
Muchas gracias, chicos, por todo lo que hacen y por sus esfuerzos. Esperemos que podamos llegar más lejos para lograr más en el próximo período.

In the joyful atmosphere that day, there was a bit of emotion mixed in when our new members’ thoughts, feelings, and shares were expressed, along with their energy and desire to be able to work together with AXA Engineers to reach new heights as well as add brilliance to our youth. AXA Engineers extremely respects every member’s love and shares about AXA Engineers.
Thank you, AXA Engineers members, for contributing to our having such meaningful and emotional welcome meetings. Thank you for the blessings that allowed us to meet each other and create a colorful picture of youth together.
AXA Engineers will make even more efforts with our members so that we can prove the capabilities of Vietnamese engineers in the international market, and at the same time, AXA Engineers can step forward more and more firmly to bring favorable development conditions and the best for all members.
