Por eso, recientemente lanzamos un programa de prácticas para ayudar a los estudiantes a dar sus primeros pasos en sus carreras y a comprender mejor su campo en un entorno laboral real.
Through this internship program, AXA Engineers hopes to support students in enhancing their skills as well as providing opportunities to apply their academic knowledge in practice. Additionally, we strive to create a welcoming, favorable environment and engaging activities to ensure students have a memorable experience during their internship at AXA Engineers.

From the very first day of my internship, I was impressed because even though we were just interns, the company provided us with excellent workstations right next to our mentors. Moreover, the work environment here is amazing, everyone is so cheerful and energetic. Despite any challenges during work and learning, I never felt pressured because everyone was so supportive.
