Remuneration

Annual Leave
Minimum 12 days of annual leave, with an additional holiday package based on the number of continuous years of working at AXA Engineers, specifically enough three years of employment, AXA Engineers members added one day off.

Training & Development
Being offered chances to attend courses to enhance English capacity and get TOEIC certifications, as well as improve expertise through software training programs. More importantly, we give our members opportunities to be trained in the USA.

Flexible Working
We have a hybrid working model, especially arranging priorly and creating conditions so that members can conveniently commute and work at the nearest workplace among AXA Engineers’s three offices. More importantly, a monthly salary is paid on the 26th of each month; ensure to be paid OT fully.
